Lukáš Svobodník from the industrial leasing team of Colliers International Czech Republic has successfully negotiated the long-term lease of 14,700 sqm of production, warehouse, and administrative space in Contera Park Ostrava City on behalf of Chassix/Aludyne.

A new 18,500 sqm production facility for one of the world’s leading automotive interiors supplier, Yanfeng Automotive Interiors (YFAI) was officially inaugurated in a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony at CTPark Kragujevac.

According to data from JLL, Poland's supply of mixed-use commercial space has increased nearly six-fold over the last ten years. Mixed-use projects often require major revitalization and reconstruction, in a number of Poland's major metropolitan areas. The construction of Millennium Gardens, TriGranit’s newest office development in Budapest, has reached the ground floor level. Situated in a well-known cultural neighbourhood next to a green promenade by the Danube in Budapest, the 37,000 sqm GLA development will be handed over in Q2 2021.

Golub GetHouse has finalised the sale of a 170-metre-high residential tower with apartments for rent planned on the plot at ul. Grzybowska 59 in Warsaw to LRC Group. The residential high-rise to be delivered by Golub GetHouse will feature 900 units for rent.

The Warsaw Mennica Legacy Tower complex’s Western Building has been opened. The sole tenant of the building is WeWork. The new location of the company will be the largest “flexible space” for lease in the whole Central and Eastern Europe. Arrangement works in the 140-metre-high Tower of the complex will constitute the final stage of the execution of Mennica Legacy Tower.

The opening of the Moxy Bucharest Old Town hotel in the historical centre of the capital is planned to take place by the end of 2019.

CTP is building a new turbine factory for BMTS at CTPark Novi Sad which will be handed over in April 2020. A considerable part of the facility will be equipped with all the necessary features for R&D activities.

The aggregate net profit of the 30 largest commercial property developers in Poland hit an all-time high of €230 million (PLN 985 million)  in 2018, which translated into a net profit margin of 25%. The latest data from the investment transaction market and property developers’ interim financial statements indicate that 2019 can be as good a year as 2018 was for the industry in terms of profitability.

At the beginning of December, Delta Holding will launch the construction of a new office building, Delta House in Belgrade which will house the company's future headquarters, local media reports. The 23,000 sqm building will be constructed in New Belgrade, between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Geneks Apartments, following an investment of €40 million.
