Transport company BHS Trans is to build a new logistics warehouse centre on 10,000 square metres in Debrecen, Eastern Hungary. The warehouse is part of a HUF 7.5 billion investment project, which the state supported with a HUF 3.4 billion grant. The facility will go into operation in early 2021 and the project is to create 165 new jobs.

The portfolio of European Logistics Investment BV (ELI) is expanding thanks to a new investment located in Silesia. Together with its strategic partner Panattoni Europe, ELI will deliver a BTS warehouse and industrial space for the Weber company. The 50,000-sqm facility will be developed in Zabrze with the tenant moving there in the second half of 2021. The warehouse in Zabrze expands ELI's portfolio located in Silesia.

Tenants are to move into the EQ2 office building, developed by Waryński Group, in Q1 2021. The office building has already reached its target heigh, and the completion of construction work has been celebrated with a symbolic topping off ceremony. Walter Herz is responsible for the commercialization of the project

Belgian developer Atenor announced the launch of BakerStreet, its fourth project in Budapest. Atenor acquired a 5,711 sqm plot of land located at 18 Hengermalom Road in district XI of Budapest in July 2019 in order to develop a new Class A+ green office project of nearly 18,000 sqm.

Cyprus-based real estate developer Everty Group intends to invest up to €100 million in Bulgaria during the next four years. The announcement follows the group's first major investment in Bulgaria, the acquisition of the 40,000 sqm Perform Business Centre in central Sofia back in 2019.

Slovak real estate company JTRE has agreed a construction loan of £177 million with ICG Real Estate on its flagship London development, Triptych Bankside. The loan will be for the development finance of the £400 million GDV mixed-use scheme which, when complete, will deliver residential, office, and retail at 185 Park St, SE1. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2022.

Developer MPC Properties has opened the Ušće Tower Two office building in Belgrade. The 22-storey building offers 23,200 sqm of leasable space. The developer will be seeking BREEAM certification for the property that is located in New Belgrade’s central business district.

Panattoni is launching the construction of close to 15,000 sqm for Phoenix Contact E-Mobility. The BTS facility will be delivered at the Rzeszów-Dworzysko Science and Technology Park, which will promote the tenant’s collaboration with research centres and ensure good access to qualified staff. The building will be commissioned in late 2020/early 2021 and will offer space for 330 employees.

Lithuanian group Apex Alliance Hotel Management plans to open the new Moxy Bucharest Old Town hotel on July 20. The total investment cost of the hotel equals €12.5 million.

GTC Bulgaria has informed that the varied tenant portfolio of Advance Business Center II will be enriched by Commerzbank. One of the largest German banks will lease over 3,500 sqm GLA of office space starting 1st December 2020. The pre-leasing agreement was consulted by CBRE. Advance Business Center II is under construction phase and due for delivery in Q4 2020.
