CTP and a consortium of three banking groups (Erste Group Bank, Société Générale and UniCredit) agreed on an underwriting package of €1.9 billion for CTP’s Czech industrial portfolio, comprising 200 buildings, covering 2.7 million sqm of premium industrial space.

Developments in Serbia, the newest country in the CTPark Network, are fully underway. CTP is developing Class A properties around the capital Belgrade and other regional cities to respond to the growing demand in this new CEE business hotspot.

Delticom, an online distributor of tyres and automotive accessories is expanding its operations in CTPark Bratislava. CTP is currently finishing a new 7,000 sqm facility, according to CTP’s energy efficient CTSpace standards. The new facility will be available for move-in at the beginning of September 2019.
