Real estate advisory firm Savills has extended its service offering to property investors, developers and owners in Poland to include strategic consulting department. The new business line will be spearheaded by Krzysztof Sakierski and Kamila Pereta-Krawczyk, who joined Savills in early October.
Colliers announced that Kata Mazsaroff has been appointed as the new Managing Director for Hungary. Kata worked at Colliers between 2007 and 2020 where she established the Occupier Services business line, helping Colliers record the highest market share in tenant representation for several consecutive years in the Budapest market. Under Kata’s supervision, the department managed 250,000 sqm of projects for around €300 million lease value.

The company will move in August 2023. The startup has become the first tenant of the building, Jake Lodge, principal of Avision Young Hungary responsible for the leasing and operative management of the building said.
