Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive affiliate agreement with CBS International to deliver commercial property services in Austria. The affiliate agreement builds upon an existing successful relationship between the two firms, with CBS International having been Cushman & Wakefield’s affiliate in Serbia and Montenegro since 2018 and Croatia since 2019.

Colliers announced that Kata Mazsaroff has been appointed as the new Managing Director for Hungary. Hungarian company CE LAND and NAI Global of the US are forming a strategic alliance. The two companies will operate jointly in the real estate market under the new brand name NAI CELand.

Avalant has become JLL's exclusive partner for the office and investment property market in Bulgaria. JLL carried out a tender process, in which several local consultancy companies were invited and Avalant emerged as the selected partner.
