Cushman & Wakefield expands its sustainability and ESG services. In the Central and Eastern European region, Tereza Jelínková will lead the coordination of Cushman & Wakefield’s sustainability teams.

Avison Young today announced an expansion of its service delivery to clients across Europe with the addition of GVA Real Consult in Austria. It will rebrand as Avison Young. The expansion within DACH builds on the recent growth of Avison Young across Central and Eastern Europe.

Colliers announced the end of its affiliation with its partner in Serbia (AVT RE DOO) and Greece (AVTB Private Company), effective immediately.

The partnership, covering the CEE region, enables Cushman & Wakefield to advance the development of its property management and technical advisory services by adding deep knowledge of digital building systems.

JLL has appointed Mateusz Bonca as CEO of Poland, effective mid-November. He will be based in Warsaw.

Colliers International is expanding the business offer of the Property Management, Retail and Office departments with legal advisory.

JLL has appointed Sabine Eckhardt as CEO Central Europe with effect from 1 May, 2020. In the newly created position, which includes full responsibility for Germany and Central Europe, based in Frankfurt, Sabine Eckhardt will help drive continued growth and digital transformation of the international real estate services group. She will also join JLL's EMEA Strategy Board.
