CBRE promotes Tudor Ionescu as Head of Advisory & Transaction Services for the office sector of CBRE Romania. The nomination of Tudor, a professional architect, specialised in workplace consultancy, represents a change of strategy of CBRE, which becomes the first real estate company focusing on the experience of users in office spaces.

JLL is entering the residential market in Romania by launching the Living department within the Bucharest office. The new department, which will provide consulting services for the residential sector, will be led by Andreea Hamza as Senior Director.

JLL has decided to enter the residential market. With the acquisition of REAS, JLL will become the first advisory firm to operate on all segments of the real estate business in Poland. Working within the structures of JLL, REAS will be responsible for developing Living Services in both Poland and Central & Eastern Europe.

A new player has entered the advisory market in Hungary and it intends to become a dominant player on the country’s dynamically growing investment market. Colliers International has agreed to consolidate its business in the Czech Republic with the ThreeSixty Agency, bringing to Colliers their extensive pipeline of deals, relationships and successful track record. The ThreeSixty partners Tewfik Sabongui and Petr Žalský will become equity partners of Colliers International, Czech Republic, with Tewfik Sabongui taking on the role of Managing Partner and Petr Žalský in the role of Director of Office Agency.
