Urbano Parks, a development company created by entrepreneurs Mircea Ilea, Alexandru Serban and Daniel Paraschiv in Cluj-Napoca, said over 95% of construction works on the first phase of Urbano Cluj Vest logistics park have been completed. The first tenants could move in next month.

Kinstellar has successfully advised its client, Ideal Projects (a joint venture between the Vetimex and Mirus groups) on the successful negotiation, signing, closing and refinancing of the Cluj-based Vivido, Advancity, and Cube office projects. Liberty Technology Park comprises 18,000 sqm of former industrial buildings. The five Class A office buildings are BREEAM certified. Located north of the city, the park has a number of IT&C and R&D tenants, such as Siemens, IBM, Majorel and Altran.

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of its fourth Radisson Blu property in Romania, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cluj-Napoca – based in the regional capital of Transylvania. The hotel is to open in spring 2021.
