Speedwell has mandated Knight Frank to sell the office buildings and sports centre of Record Park, a mixed-use project (office, sports centre & residential) situated in central Cluj-Napoca (next to Dedeman’s The Office). The sales mandate includes three separate buildings: two office buildings - a new Class A office building next to a renovated historic building of the former imperial stables - and a new stand-alone sports centre with a pool.

Romanian developer Urbano Parks is investing €14 million in a logistics park located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Speedwell is joining hands with BRD Group Société Générale by signing a financing agreement of €22.5 million for the development of Record Park, the first mixed urban regeneration project in Cluj–Napoca.

CBRE assisted the Hexagon group of companies in selling a portfolio of three office buildings in Cluj-Napoca. White Star Real Estate and its partner, an investment fund of a major US university have completed the acquisition of Liberty Technology Park Cluj from Fribourg Development, the real estate division of Fribourg Capital. Liberty Technology Park comprises 18,000 sqm of former industrial buildings. The five Class A office buildings are BREEAM certified. Located north of the city, the park has a number of IT&C and R&D tenants, such as Siemens, IBM, Majorel and Altran.

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of its fourth Radisson Blu property in Romania, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cluj-Napoca – based in the regional capital of Transylvania. The hotel is to open in spring 2021.

MHP Consulting Romania and Speedwell are proud to announce the signing of a new leasing agreement for a 5300 sqm office space in Record Park, a mixed-use project developed by Speedwell in Cluj-Napoca. The transaction was managed by Griffes, the broker entrusted with the commercial strategy and leasing for Record Park since the design stage of the mixed-use development.

Colliers International Romania has been assigned to provide property management services for the office complex The Office in Cluj-Napoca, owned by Dedeman, the DIY store chain who marked their entrance on the real estate market in 2018 by acquiring The Bridge offices in Bucharest. Thus, the total portfolio managed by Colliers reaches almost 500,000 sqm: 210,000 sqm are located outside Bucharest, out of which over 100,000 sqm represent offices only.

Dedeman has signed a contract for the purchase of The Office in Cluj-Napoca. The sellers are developers NEPI Rockcastle and Ovidiu Sandor. The purchase price has not been disclosed, but it is estimated to be around €100 million.
