AFI Tech Park, the newest office project developed by AFI Romania, achieved a LEED Platinum pre-certification. AFI Tech Park is a business campus that will offer 56,000 sqm GLA of Class A office space, comprising of two office buildings of GF+8 and one office tower (GF+14). 

Warsaw’s Kopernik office complex has received a BREEAM In-Use certificate with “Very Good” ratings in both Asset Performance and Building Management. The audit, commissioned by Cushman & Wakefield, the office park’s property manager, was conducted by Go4Energy.

Prologis announced that its 33,700 sqm build-to-suit facility for Czech sports retailer Sportisimo at Prologis Park Prague-Rudna is the first logistics facility in the Czech Republic and only the second such building in Central and Eastern Europe to receive BREEAM’s highest accreditation rating.

PZU’s office building in Wrocław – Komandorska 12 – has been recognized with an LEED Gold certificate. The building includes systems that control water, heat and energy consumption. Furthermore, its architecture ensures access to natural daylight on 80% of floor space. 

Skanska helps introduce the WELL Building Standard (WELL) to the market of Central and Eastern Europe. WELL is the preeminent building standard to focus on enhancing people’s health and well-being through the built environment. Spark is one of the first office buildings to pursue WELL Certification in Poland. Skanska will also apply for certification for its projects developed in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania.
