VGP and BuildGreen have secured a BREEAM New Construction V6 Outstanding rating for VGP Park Split - Building A, a 31,984 sqm logistics facility in Dugopolje, near Split, Croatia. The certification is the first of its kind awarded to a building in Croatia and marks BuildGreen's entry into the Croatian market.

GTC Group has published its 2025 ESG Report, covering sustainability performance across seven Central and Eastern European markets. The report, prepared in accordance with GRI standards, spans a commercial portfolio of 38 office buildings and 6 shopping centres in Poland, Hungary, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Croatia, alongside a residential portfolio. America House has received Access4You Gold certification for its accessibility facilities, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive design and barrier-free access. The certification confirms standards to accommodate individuals with locomotor disabilities, including wheelchair users, elderly individuals, people with reduced mobility, and visitors with strollers, as well as access for blind and hearing-impaired visitors.

BuildGreen and Zorile SA announce the achievement of LEED v4.1 Existing Buildings Platinum certification for Zity Office in Chișinău. This marks the first such certification on the Moldovan office market and aligns the project with international sustainability standards.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Bucharest has earned Breeam In-Use Excellent rating for Asset Performance and Management Performance, becoming the first 5-star hotel in Bucharest to reach this level. This independent certification places the hotel among best-practice performers in Romania for building sustainability.

The Gdynia City Logistics distribution centre, developed jointly by Torus and BTV, has been awarded BREEAM International New Construction V6 certification at the Excellent level, confirming its environmental and quality standards. The certification process was carried out by Sweco Polska, with Pekabex BET S.A. as the general contractor.

The WELL Building Standard officially accepts the Access4you Certification as an alternative compliance option for Feature C13, which focuses on accessibility and universal design. This integration helps WELL projects gain a new, global compliance opportunity and creates a supportive environment for people with diverse accessibility needs.

Forte Partners has announced that U•Center 3 in Bucharest has received the Access4you Design Gold Pre-Certification, making it the first office project in Romania to achieve this recognition. The certification was awarded just one month after construction began in July 2025 and ensures the project will meet high accessibility standards for people with diverse mobility, visual, hearing and cognitive needs.
