The Accolade concern, which invests in industrial and production real estate across Europe, is opening a branch in Zagreb and Ivana Barać has joined as the new business director of Accolade Croatia. 

CPIPG has announced a few changes in its top management. Over the past ten years, the composition of CPIPG’s Board of Directors has evolved to meet the expectations of its international stakeholders and the needs of its expanding business. The Vitek Family Trust (VFT), the Group’s majority shareholder, is actively supporting changes leading to enhanced independence.

As of December,  EP Real Estate (EPRE) from the EP Corporate Group is headed by Petr Palička, the former long-time head of the Penta real estate division, reports E15.cz.

For the first time in almost thirty years of Czech development group Crestyl, the person in the position of international CEO is changing. Simon Johnson, who has held the position of COO of the group for the past 14 years within Crestyl and also acted as executive director for the Czech Republic, is taking over the management of the entire group.

The investment group Českomoravská Nemovitostní (ČMN) has announced the appointment of Iveta Valentová as the new Head of Property. Iveta is bringing to ČMN experience and knowledge in real estate management acquired during her 11 years at CBRE.

Marjan Gigov has joined Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate and Specialist for Leasing Premium and Luxury Retail Spaces in the Czech Republic and CE region. In this role, he is going to be primarily responsible for leasing spaces and projects on Prime High Streets.

Kristýna Milovanović has been appointed Associate and the Head of Retail Tenant Representation at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, she is going to be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients entering the Czech market and expanding their presence.
