As of August 1, 2024, the Property Management Department at Savills has been further strengthened. Petra Gavendová has joined the department as Business Development Lead.

The Czech office of Drees & Sommer is expanding its management team. Markus Ising has been promoted to Managing Director with a focus on clients from the DACH region. 

Michał Białas, the current Chief Business Development Officer and member of 7R's Board of Directors and Chris Zeuner, the current Chief Investment Officer assumed the positions of co-CEO on 19th June 2024. They replace Tomasz Lubowiecki, founder and current CEO of 7R. The new CEOs will manage in a partnership model, focusing on different business areas in line with their experience.

With the addition of János Gárdai in April and Dr. Ildikó Rézműves in May, Biggeorge Property Plc.'s top management was further expanded. Colliers announced a change in the Managing Director position in Slovakia. Richard Urvay, Colliers’ current Managing Director in Slovakia is departing the business by the end of April to take up a client-side role. Tewfik Sabongui, current Managing Partner in the Czech Republic, will expand his responsibilities to include being Managing Director of Slovakia.
