Michał Białas, the current Chief Business Development Officer and member of 7R's Board of Directors and Chris Zeuner, the current Chief Investment Officer assumed the positions of co-CEO on 19th June 2024. They replace Tomasz Lubowiecki, founder and current CEO of 7R. The new CEOs will manage in a partnership model, focusing on different business areas in line with their experience.

Colliers has promoted Josefina Kurfurstova to the newly created position of Senior Analyst - CEE Business Intelligence covering Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.

With the addition of János Gárdai in April and Dr. Ildikó Rézműves in May, Biggeorge Property Plc.'s top management was further expanded. The two new directors are responsible for the areas of asset management and communications in the Hungarian company. János Gárdai also serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Colliers announced a change in the Managing Director position in Slovakia. Richard Urvay, Colliers’ current Managing Director in Slovakia is departing the business by the end of April to take up a client-side role. Tewfik Sabongui, current Managing Partner in the Czech Republic, will expand his responsibilities to include being Managing Director of Slovakia.

Drees & Sommer, a European consulting company providing a single source of consultation and implementation services for the real estate, industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors has appointed Zdeněk Kovář as Managing Director for the Czech Republic.
