Geosan Development has announced the promotion of Radoslav Rachač to the position of Director and CEO. He is moving to the new position from the previous role of Economic Director and Managing Director, which he has held in the company since 2014.
Radoslav has been with the company since 2005 and has long been involved in managing the project financing and economics of the development group, accounting, acquisitions and communication with banking institutions and state authorities. He will also be responsible for the strategic planning and operational management of the company.
Radoslav has a university degree in economics and 25 years of work experience in financial management and corporate development. Before joining Geosan Development, he worked for seven years as CFO at Charouz Holding, the exclusive representative of the Bauer, Speedo, Mitre and Reusch brands. He subsequently held the same position at JRC.
Radoslav Rachač speaks English. In his free time, he enjoys family time, sports, gardening, travelling and discovering domestic microbreweries.
