Scallier, a Poznań-based commercial real estate company active in Poland and Romania, is expanding its management team. Since mid-April 2025, Rafał Langer has been leading the company’s Property Management Department as Head of Property Management.

Langer brings over 20 years of experience managing office, warehouse, retail, service, residential, and large-format assets. He has worked with international corporations, investment funds, government bodies, developers, and private investors. He holds a degree in Property Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

In his new role, Langer is responsible for business process optimisation, team coordination, investor relations, and expanding the company’s property management operations across Poland.

“The retail sector in Poland continues to grow rapidly. In 2024, only France delivered more new retail space than Poland in Europe. We expect supply to exceed 500,000 sqm again this year,” said Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier. “Retail parks and small-scale shopping centres dominate this expansion. Effective management and tenant relationships are essential to maintaining asset value, especially given rising operating costs.”

Langer added, “The current organisational changes will allow Scallier to provide integrated services and scale up our operations. We are in discussions with new clients about managing additional assets, including portfolios spread across multiple regions, while continuing to grow our leasing activity.”

Scallier has been active since 2011 and currently manages 51 properties in Poland with a total of around 75,000 sqm. The company focuses on retail assets, including the development, expansion, and modernisation of retail parks and convenience centres, offering end-to-end services to both corporate and private clients.

New leases

  • UDH, one of Poland’s largest distributors of premium imported beers, has leased approximately 1,400 sq m of modern warehouse and office space at the Park Rysy Kraków distribution centre. The tenant, which has chosen to expand its operations in southern Poland, was once again represented by AXI IMMO.
  • Golden Star Estate has secured a long-term lease agreement with global technology solutions and consulting provider C&F for nearly 1,900 sqm of office space at the Konstruktorska Business Center. Following the transaction, the property, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district, is now almost fully leased. The Polish branch of C&F will officially relocate to the facility at the beginning of 2027.
  • Natland Group has committed to its long-term presence at Prague-based Rohan Business Center through a lease extension covering 2,004 sqm of office space, together with storage facilities and dedicated parking spaces, in a deal brokered by iO Partners.
