Charles Irvine Group LLP and ARC Capital Markets have agreed to merge in an equity swap deal. The new entity will operate under the Charles Irvine name, combining operations across the UK, Poland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, with plans to expand into Amsterdam and Milan between 2026 and 2028.

The merged firm will remain fully owned by its management and senior team, focusing on real estate capital markets services such as investment advisory, debt financing, recapitalisations, joint ventures, and occupier services. The leadership includes Neil Gregory-Eaves (ARC Capital Markets founder) and David Cunnington (Charles Irvine founder), supported by partners Robert Sztemberg, Czibor Dawid, Tim Clegg, and Tim Hugill.

Andy Martin, former BNP Paribas Real Estate UK CEO, has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman. Commenting on the merger, Martin said it creates “a strong European player in a sector often constrained by outdated, inefficient legacy firms.”

David Cunnington called the merger “a significant milestone”, while Neil Gregory-Eaves highlighted the opportunity to offer broader capital solutions across an expanded geography.
