Skanska has announced changes in the leadership team of its commercial development business unit in the Czech Republic and Hungary. Alexandra Tomášková stepped down from the role of EVP Operations for Hungary and the Czech Republic and is currently on a 2-month sabbatical. She is considering another role in the organization.

P3 Logistic Parks (P3) announced the appointment of Frank Pörschke as its new CEO, with effect from 1 April 2021. Tim Beaudin, CEO since 2019 and previously Board Chairman, is stepping down as part of a planned leadership transition. 

Muler Onofrei, the former CEO of Element Industrial, joins CBRE Romania in the position of Business Development Director. Muler will focus on the industrial sector, where he has gained extensive experience, previously working for international investors such as ProLogis and Panattoni and laying the foundations of local developer Element Industrial.

Immofinanz CEO Ronny Pecik has signed as agreement to sell his stake in the Austrian company and consequently intends to submit his resignation from Immofinanz’s executive board.

In January 2021, Antoine Grolin, Chairman of Ceetrus and Founding Chairman of Nodi, announced the creation of a new mixed-use property management and development services company, Nhood. The change affects ten countries, including Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine in CEE. The reason for setting up the new company is twofold. On the one hand, the separation of the real estate assets of Ceetrus Property and, on the other hand, the merging of the employees of Ceetrus and Nodi under a unified brand name.

CPI Property Group has sold part of its Czech facility management business to M2C, which provides security, maintenance and cleaning services. Employees from the existing facility management division will be transferred to M2C.

Globalworth announces that Dimitris Raptis is appointed sole CEO of the Group. Ioannis Papalekas is stepping down as CEO of the company effective 15th of December 2020.

Radovan Vítek and Marie Vítek have resigned from CPI Property Group’s Board of Directors and Jonathan Lewis has been co-opted to the Board of Directors. Mr. Lewis is an independent real estate consultant who practised for 40 years as a solicitor, most recently as a partner at international law firm CMS. CPIPG's board now consists of three independent directors (Edward Hughes, Omar Sattar, and Jonathan Lewis) and four members of management (Martin Nemecek, Tomas Salajka, Philippe Magistretti, and Oliver Schlink).

Cushman & Wakefield has entered into a partnership agreement with building technology advisor Future2. The partnership, covering the CEE region, enables Cushman & Wakefield to advance the development of its property management and technical advisory services by adding deep knowledge of digital building systems.

CTP has changed the structure of its finance department. The company is responding to the success of CTP B.V.’s debut green bonds issue and the shift towards bonds as a means of financing of the CTP Group. A new position of CTP Group Treasurer has therefore been created. The position has been taken up by Zdeněk Raus.
