S Immo AG's Supervisory Board has designated the successor of Ernst Vejdovszky, founding father of the company, whose board term will expire on 30 June 2021, and has newly appointed the Management Team. Dr. Bruno Ettenauer will take over as CEO from 15 March 2021 with a term of three years. DI Herwig Teufelsdorfer will be appointed as S Immo AG's CIO (Chief Investment Officer) and will take up his position on the Executive Board at the latest at the beginning of the second quarter of 2021. The contract of Friedrich Wachernig, MBA as COO (Chief Operating Officer) has been prolonged for a further three years until 30 June 2024.

The Supervisory Board had the following comment: “As S Immo’s founding father we want to thank Ernst Vejdovszky for his exceptional service for the company. He has characterised S Immo over 30 years and is mainly responsible for its success in the past years. At the same time, we are very happy to have won Bruno Ettenauer and Herwig Teufelsdorfer for the company. Dr. Ettenauer is an established and internationally recognized expert on real estate as well as on the capital market. He will bring extensive experience to S Immo and for sure will contribute to the company’s successful path. By expanding the Management Board with Herwig Teufelsdorfer, we add crucial and promising competences, particularly in the field of digitisation and innovation. We are also very happy to have safeguarded Friedrich Wachernig’s know-how for another three years, which also reflects our commitment to continuity within the company. We are convinced that these appointments will secure a competitive and future-oriented position and are very much looking forward to working with the new Management Board.”
