From mid-July this year, Dmitry Gavrylenko will join JLL Poland. As Head of Capital Markets Poland, he will be responsible for strengthening the company's offer in the area of capital markets. Dmitry was already associated with JLL, having managed the company's Ukrainian office from 2016 to 2019.


"Dmitri's extensive experience and transaction efficiency will be key to strengthening our offer in Poland’s capital markets. Supporting capital raising and allocation through comprehensive corporate finance services is one of the main elements of our new strategy. I am convinced that by leading the development of the team, Dmitry will become a trusted advisor to our local clients, while maintaining his excellent relationships with international investors and the Ukrainian investment base,” emphasized Mateusz Bonca, CEO, JLL Poland.

Dmitry has extensive experience in management, investment banking and private equity investments. He graduated from the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University with degrees in international finance and international civil law. 

He began his career at KPMG in Kyiv, where he was involved in a number of commercial and financial due diligence processes. From 2006 to 2009, he served as vice president of Concorde Capital, a Ukrainian investment bank. In 2009, he and his partners founded Phoenix Capital, an investment company providing a full range of brokerage and financial services in local and international financial markets. He later continued as an M&A and corporate finance advisor before joining JLL's Ukrainian office in 2016 as Head of Country Office, and Business Development Director for Ukraine & CIS. In 2019, he joined DEX Estate as a Business Development Adviser. At the same time, he held the position of Head of Country Office in the Ukrainian office of Von der Heyden Group, a real estate investment and development company.

  • Lagardère Travel Retail has renewed its 2,300 sqm office lease for its HQ at the Bucharest-based Globalworth Campus, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
  • Jack & Jones has leased 310 sqm for a new store at Promenada Sibiu, owned by NEPI Rockcastle.
  • Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
