Richard Stephens, founder of The Poland Observer and a leading figure in Polish and CEE real estate media, has joined Property Forum as Executive Editor & Business Development Director. Based in Warsaw, he will lead Property Forum's development of its Polish coverage and events, as well as help shape its expansion into new geographies and sectors. He will continue to run The Poland Observer, which will operate alongside Property Forum's regional platform.

Michał Kwinta is expanding his role at Mindspace, taking on responsibility for Romania in addition to his existing management of the company's Polish operations. The appointment broadens Mindspace's regional structure in Central and Eastern Europe across two office markets at different stages of development in the flexible workspace sector.

Speedwell has appointed Răzvan Enache as Executive Director of Development in Romania. In his new role, he will coordinate development strategy, planning and stakeholder engagement, and contribute to identifying new opportunities in the Romanian market. Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia has appointed Tomáš Lörincz as Head of Retail Agency, effective September 2026. Lörincz brings more than 20 years of experience in B2B sales and a decade of real estate practice, and will lead the retail leasing team in Slovakia.

Karel Stránský, an experienced figure in the Czech industrial real estate market, has rejoined the industrial team at Colliers Czech Republic as a strategic consultant. He first joined Colliers in 1996 and was instrumental in establishing the company's industrial real estate division in the country. By 2009, he had led transactions covering over three million sqm of industrial space and land, representing tenants, investors and developers.

Bence Buday has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the HIPA Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency, effective 28 July 2026. His appointment marks the beginning of a new chapter for the agency, with a strong focus on further strengthening HIPA's strategic role, enhancing its operational excellence, and reinforcing Hungary's competitiveness as an investment destination.
