Avison Young team in Poland is expanding by appointment of Marcin Purgal – experienced director, active on Polish and CEE commercial property markets for ca. 15 years. He is taking the position of Senior Director in the Investment Advisory Department.

Avison Young was initially responsible for the landlord technical advisory at the final stage of the construction process as well as at the pre-opening phase. Currently, the investor extends cooperation with Avison Young, who will be responsible for the landlord technical supervision of the property and management of the technical projects.
