Romanian developer Prima Development Group surpassed 5,500 delivered homes at group level across Oradea and Bucharest, and currently has over 3,500 units under construction or in permitting phase.

In Bucharest, Prima has ongoing projects totalling 2,000 residential units, with plans to consolidate its local position.

"2025 was a year of maturation and consolidation for us. We successfully completed the sale of over 300 apartments in Bucharest, in the context of a dynamic and competitive residential market, which ensures a good start for 2026," says Adrian Stoichină, Co-CEO Prima Development Group. "We now have approximately 2,000 apartments under construction in Bucharest, and our future plans are to reach 1,000 apartment deliveries per year in the capital, in a solid market that offers space for differentiation for serious developers focused on quality."

Last year the company completed Prima Vista, a project located in northern Bucharest, with delivery of all apartments. The company also marked the transition from boutique developments to large-scale regeneration projects with the start of construction at Prima Solis in eastern Bucharest and Prima Astera in the west.

Prima Solis represents a turning point for the company in Bucharest, being developed on the former Antrefrig industrial platform. The development is large-scale, the first high-end project in eastern Bucharest, and will comprise approximately 1,600 apartments and integrated facilities, including commercial spaces and a kindergarten. At the beginning of 2026, the company launched sales for Prima Solis Phase I, with Phase II construction scheduled to begin in summer.

In 2025, the company also started phase two of the Prima Astera project in western Bucharest, continuing to bring high standards of quality and comfort to a market dominated by old or inadequate housing. Phase I delivery is estimated for the end of 2026.
