Faedra Group is expanding its presence in the Budapest residential market with three new projects. Nova City, Yara Residence, and Luna Residence will deliver nearly 250 new homes, bringing the company's total residential development pipeline above 400 units.
All three projects are located in well-connected districts of Budapest, responding to contemporary urban living demands and evolving buyer expectations.
Nova City, located on Kertész utca in Budapest's 7th District, comprises 50 units combining central city living with smart home technology. Despite its central location, the development includes an underground car park. Yara Residence, also in the 7th District on Klauzál utca, will feature 75 apartments across a development with dual architectural concept. The street-facing section reconstructs a classical Budapest façade, while the rear building offers contemporary living. Luna Residence, situated on Reitter Ferenc utca in the 13th District, spans two buildings designed for a broad buyer profile, from compact smart apartments for young buyers to larger family homes.
The three new projects complement the company's two active developments, MARA Residence and Liget Villa, both progressing with strong sales. Together, the portfolio now exceeds 400 units, establishing Faedra Group as a significant presence in the Budapest residential development market.
Bence Boronkay, founder and owner of Faedra Group, commented: "We have confidence in the Hungarian residential property market, particularly in niche, concept-driven products that define our portfolio. High-quality, well-considered developments in the right locations continue to attract strong demand, even as the broader economic environment shifts." He added that the sales performance of MARA Residence and Liget Villa clearly demonstrate this trend.
