Polish developer ATAL has added 31 apartments to its Kraków offer as part of the Zakole Wisły II ATAL development. The project will ultimately deliver 165 units in total, with the broader Zakole Wisły ATAL scheme having launched around mid-2025. Prices in the developer standard range from PLN 14,100 to PLN 16,900 per sqm.

"The location near Nowohucka Street, one of Kraków's main arteries, ensures good connections to every part of the city. It is a proposal for people who want to enjoy urban life while valuing proximity to green and recreational areas," said Agnieszka Majkusiak, general director for sales and marketing at ATAL.

The new apartments will be situated in a five-storey building. Units range from 43 to 107 sqm and offer layouts of two to five rooms. "We observe a market shortage of large apartments, which is why they feature in the new offer," Majkusiak added. Each apartment includes a balcony, terrace or garden, and the standard specification covers a smart home system as well as air conditioning in ground-floor and upper-floor units.

The development includes an underground car park, external parking spaces and two commercial units on the ground floor. The surrounding area provides access to shops, restaurants, gyms and co-working spaces, with the Kazimierz and Podgórze districts nearby.

ATAL also offers turnkey finishing through its ATAL Design programme, with three packages available: Classic, Comfort and Premium. ATAL is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and operates across eight Polish cities including Warsaw, Wrocław and Gdańsk.
