Alto Real Estate has launched the second phase of the Florian Residence project in Bratislava's Old Town, with completion planned for Q1 2028
The project consists of two eight-storey residential buildings with 224 apartments, complemented by retail space and an underground garage with nearly 400 parking spaces. The second phase follows the successful first phase with 73 units and expands the offering of modern housing in central Bratislava, where new construction has long been limited.
The initial sales phase includes 58 apartments, with additional units to be released gradually. The project offers two-bedroom apartments from 50 sqm, three-bedroom units from 65 to 75 sqm, four-bedroom apartments from 76 to 107 sqm, and five-bedroom units with 128 sqm.
The development features custom-designed ceramic cladding manufactured in Spain and architecture by prestigious Dutch studio Benthem Crouwel. Apartments will include large-format aluminium windows with triple glazing, wooden floors, underfloor heating, ceiling cooling and natural air filtration systems.
