Faedra Group is expanding its presence in the Budapest residential market with three new projects. Nova City, Yara Residence, and Luna Residence will deliver nearly 250 new homes, bringing the company's total residential development pipeline above 400 units.

Intrade Group has announced that the construction Milrose of the residential project in Bratislava's Ružinov district is planned to start in the H2 2026, with completion in 2029. 

Develia sold in Q1 2025 860 units based on development and preliminary contracts compared to 951 in Q1 2025 and 845 in Q4 2025.

Royal Town, the residential project in Iași, has announced a new development phase, with construction of the 12th building set to begin in April 2026.

Alto Real Estate has launched the second phase of the Florian Residence project in Bratislava's Old Town, with completion planned for Q1 2028

Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes. 

Strabag Real Estate has obtained a building permit for a new residential building in Bratislava's Mlynské Nivy district, located near the Strabag HQ.
