Asking prices for homes in Romania fell on average by 0.6% in April compared to the previous month to €1,425 per sqm, according to data from Imobiliare.ro. 

Alesonor said it would kick off the development of Agora, the facilities component of the Amber Forest residential complex, which includes commercial, medical and sports investments. Prices of homes in Romania fell by an average of 1.8% in Q3 2022 compared to Q2 2022, although in large regional cities such as Timișoara, Brașov and Iași the prices continued to grow in this period, according to property platform Imobiliare.ro. 

Property developer Gran Via Real Estate will invest €26 million in expanding the Gran Via Marina residential project in Constanța with two new blocks of flats that include 190 apartments. 

Romanian developer Forty Management has completely sold all the apartments and leased all spaces in the Central District 4 Elements project that was completed last year following an investment of €25 million.

Romanian developer Forty Management has initiated the authorization procedure for Royal Suites Central District in northern Bucharest, with a market value of €76 million. Once completed, the building will be the tallest residential project in Romania with a height of 122 meters. 

Asking prices for apartments in Romania were up 2.7% at the start of January compared to last month, to €1,551 per sqm, with Cluj-Napoca leading the growth trend, according to real estate platform Imobiliare.ro.
