The latest investment by Accolade in Poland will be located in Świdnik and provide easy access to the Lublin region. It will offer 54 000 sqm of modern warehouse space. The industrial park in Świdnik will consist of two buildings. The majority of the space was already leased to three companies from the manufacturing and logistics industries. The park will be located just 1 km from the border of the city of Lublin, where Accolade already has another warehouse park. Accolade has been present in the region since 2015, and their investment here will amount to over 130,000 square meters, with the total value of the investment in Lublin voivodeship amounting to €115 million.

Accolade's latest investment is situated within a special economic zone, just 10-minute’s drive from Lublin International Airport and granting access to the S12 and S17 express roads. These express roads connect the city with other major locations, such as Piotrków Trybunalski, Dorohusk, Warsaw, Zamość or Lviv. The park is already 65% leased even though construction is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year.

"We have been operating in Lublin for eight years now, since Accolade first came to Poland. Our warehouse park has remained fully leased. The potential of the region and the development of infrastructure in this part of the country have prompted us to make another investment", said Jarek Wnuk, Managing Director of Accolade in Poland. "As a company, we feel obligated to provide our tenants with the highest quality warehouse space. New investment in Świdnik is another step towards fulfilling our mission. We are confident that the new park will not only be an attractive location for businesses but will also contribute to the economic development of a region characterized by great potential and access to a skilled workforce', added Wnuk.

Accolade's new park aims to achieve an 'Excellent' level of BREEAM sustainability certification. To enable sustainable energy production, the roof will be adjusted to accommodate the installation of photovoltaic panels.
