Toyota Material Handling CZ has taken over completed premises in Panattoni Business Park Zdice, developed by Panattoni, with Accolade group as investor. The company will provide comprehensive material handling solutions, equipment rental and service with a focus on efficiency. The premises will also serve as HQ for the company in the Czech Republic.

Construction has begun on a new phase of Panattoni Business Park Ostrov North, expanding the industrial zone by nearly 46,500 sqm of sustainable space. The new warehouse will be completed in March 2027, representing another step in revitalising one of the Czech Republic's largest brownfields. The project will pursue the highest level of international BREEAM New Construction certification, with Panattoni as developer and Accolade Group as investor.

The Czech Republic's commercial real estate investment market is on track for one of its most successful years in history, with transactions worth €2.46 billion completed in the first nine months of 2025, Colliers reports.

Accolade is expanding into South Bohemia with the acquisition of GARBE Park České Budějovice from GARBE Industrial Real Estate.

The first building of the logistics and consignment centre in the Panattoni Park Bratislava North II has been completed by the general constructor HSF System SK from the PURPOSIA Group. The project developer is Panattoni, the investor is the Accolade group.

Accolade will deliver another BTS facility for one of the Poland’s largest private courier operators. The warehouse will cover 11,400 sqm and will be part of Panattoni Park Lublin IV, where Accolade already owns two buildings totaling 52,000 sqm.

Accolade has received a loan from UniCredit Bank for the construction of two industrial parks. One is to be built in Karlovy Vary and the other in Slovakia, reports newstream.cz.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as property manager for part of the warehouse and logistics portfolio of international investment company Accolade. It will provide asset services for properties with a total area of over 440,000 sqm in locations across Poland such as Mińsk Mazowiecki, Konin, Elbląg, Kielce, Piła, and Koszalin, and in the Czech Republic, including Stříbro Park, one of the largest warehouse parks in the Czech market. 

At the end of 2024, Jakub Leszczyński, was appointed to the role of Transaction Director at Accolade. In his new position, Jakub is responsible for the comprehensive management of transactional processes, including project financing and refinancing, the selection and structuring of development processes, and the acquisition of warehouse projects. One of his significant achievements since assuming this role has been executing one of the largest green refinancing deals in Poland, valued at €180 million.

The Accolade concern, which invests in industrial and production real estate across Europe, is opening a branch in Zagreb and Ivana Barać has joined as the new business director of Accolade Croatia.
