Accolade will deliver another BTS facility for one of the Poland’s largest private courier operators. The warehouse will cover 11,400 sqm and will be part of Panattoni Park Lublin IV, where Accolade already owns two buildings totaling 52,000 sqm.

“The decision by Poland’s leading courier operator to establish a warehouse in Świdnik, near Lublin, is yet another confirmation that Poland’s warehouse map offers much more than just major metropolitan areas. Lublin has emerged as a high-potential location increasingly sought after by tenants. Its share of Poland’s warehouse market has grown significantly—back in 2014, it offered just 14,000 sqm, while by the end of 2024, this figure will have reached almost 500,000 sqm. As a market maker for emerging regions, we see growing potential in expanding business in this part of Poland. We are pleased to once again partner with such a major player in the industry to make this vision a reality”, says Jakub Leszczyński, Transaction Director at Accolade Poland.

The company has secured financing for this investment, with Alior Bank providing a €11.5 million loan. This marks yet another project financed by the bank in this region. The total value of the investment exceeds €17.5 million, with completion and handover to the tenant scheduled for Q4 2024.

“Supporting our clients is one of the bank’s strategic priorities. We are pleased to participate in significant transactions for the market. Demand for modern warehouse space remains stable, the market is becoming more conscious, and investments not only reflect its needs but also follow key trends-an increasing number of projects focus on sustainable development. We appreciate the opportunity to be a partner in such transactions and look forward to future collaborations,” says Michał Szymczak, Director of Corporate Banking at Alior Bank.

Panattoni Park Lublin IV, located just one kilometer from Lublin’s city limits, currently consists of two buildings, with most of the space already leased to logistics and manufacturing companies. Upon completion of the third building, the park will offer a total of 64,000 sqm of warehouse space.
