Czech shopping centre revenues for the first ten months of this year reached a similar level as they did in the same period of 2020. Since April, footfall has been consistently higher than last year. The number of new brands coming to the market has been the highest in the last three years, mostly in the fashion segment, according to Cushman & Wakefield.

Trei Real Estate, an international developer and asset holder for residential and retail real estate, just opened another retail park of its Vendo Park brand in Radzymin, Masovian voivodeship, close to Warsaw. The total amount invested was €3.1 million.

Property group Immofinanz says it has sold the former retail project Armonia Center Arad to investment fund Oresa for an undisclosed sum. The buyer plans to develop a mixed-use scheme with industrial and retail components.

Property developer Scallier says it has secured a building permit for a new retail park located in Turda. The project will have a leasable area of 9,000 sqm and has already attracted a mix of retailers.
