Koramic Real Estate Romania, the local division of the Belgian family office Koramic Investments, has announced a total investment of €30 million for two new residential projects in Romania.

Prague's first skyscraper, built in 1934 and known as the Trade Union House in Prague's Žižkov district, is set to receive a major renovation, reports seznamzpravy.cz. The dilapidated but listed building has been owned by the bathroom empire SIKO since 2018.

Residential developer Living has announced the launch of sales for Park West Rise, the fourth and final phase of its Park West residential park.

The Vydrica district in Bratislava is entering its next phase. The development company Lucron is launching the construction of the V4 residential building, in the heart of the renovated Podhradie, with a view of the Water Tower.
