The project with an unusual name, the Po7ská Residence in Prague's Vinohrady, by developer Satpo has already sold more than half of the apartment and studio units. Construction work is underway according to schedule.

The Galata Group, which is working with the investment group DRFG on the Ister Tower project in Bratislava's downtown, has launched apartment sales, reports Yimba.sk. The developer is expecting the building permit to be issued soon.

The Romanian residential market experienced a notable downturn in H1 2025, with national home sales decreasing by 3.4% compared to the same period last year.
