AFI Czech Republic has officially begun construction of its new rental project AFI Home V Korytech in Prague 10 featuring 519 residential units. Construction will proceed in two phases that started simultaneously, with the first phase completing in Q2 2028 and the second a year later. Metrostav DIZ serves as the general contractor.

Indotek Group has announced plans to build thousands of new homes in Budapest at prices more favourable than panel flats, including projects in districts XI and XV. Grupo Lar Polska has entered into a strategic joint venture with Lithuania’s Galio Group, marking a new phase in its expansion in the Polish residential market, the company announced on LinkedIn. The partnership combines Grupo Lar’s strong local presence with Galio’s large-scale development expertise, with the goal of delivering around 1,000 modern apartments across prime locations in Poland. Grupo Lar Polska will serve as the managing partner.
