Resi Capital by Cavatina has laid the cornerstone for Liberty Tower, a 43-storey residential tower at Grzybowska 54 in Warsaw. The developer sold 60 apartments on the highest floors before opening its sales office in February.
The 140-metre tower will offer 587 apartments across 42 floors, with retail space on the ground floor. Residents will have access to a private garden and wellness facilities including a spa, gym, cinema room and business lounge. "This is the first premium high-rise residential building in the city centre since Cosmopolitan and Złota 44," said Anna Łagowska-Cioch, Vice President of Resi Capital by Cavatina.
The project features apartments ranging from compact units with separate bedroom areas to penthouse apartments over 100 sqm. The building will include five parking levels with 267 spaces, bicycle storage and concierge services. A 500 sqm wellness area on the first floor will house a TechnoGym fitness centre, spa with jacuzzi and saunas, cinema room and business lounge.
Located on the border of Wola and Śródmieście districts, the tower sits within walking distance of the city centre and offers connections via metro line 2 and bus and tram routes. The location provides access to Ogród Saski, Teatr Narodowy and the POLIN Museum, whilst complementing the business district of Wola.
Resi Capital by Cavatina, operating since 2020, has a portfolio of nearly 5,300 apartments across seven completed projects and 11 developments under construction. The company is simultaneously developing Quorum Tower in Wrocław, a 137-metre residential tower with wellness facilities and padel courts.
