Wing's Honvéd Center office building in Budapest has received a BREEAM certification. The refurbished office buildings earned their BREEM In-Use Very Good certification with their energy and water-efficient management and with features that contribute to the well-being and health of the occupants.

Warsaw UNIT is now fully adapted to work in a post-pandemic reality. The effectiveness of the solutions used in the high-rise building has been confirmed by the WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate.

Skanska was the first developer in Europe that has achieved a WELL Health-Safety rating for eight buildings in Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic, and intends to pursue the certification for all its new projects. The company now has obtained the WELL Health & Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management for its own headquarters across CEE countries, including the Hungarian one located in the Nordic Light office building.

Property developer Speedwell has leased 630 sqm in its own Miro office building, which it developed in northern Bucharest. 

Class A offices in Bucharest have some of the cheapest rents compared to other large European cities with strong business centres, according to a report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliance members. 

New York and San Francisco have emerged as the most expensive flexible office markets worldwide, while Berlin is one of the fastest-growing European markets, according to Workthere, a flexible office listing platform launched by Savills, that helps occupiers find flexible workspace.

Almost 40,000 sqm was leased in retail and 25,000 sqm in the office segment. From the beginning of 2022, the entire office portfolio fully relies on green energy.

Warimpex, a real estate development and investment company based in Vienna, has appointed Savills as the exclusive leasing adviser for office space in its new office complex located in Białystok at the junction of Bohaterów Monte Cassino and Wyszyńskiego streets. The phased project is expected to break ground this year.

The office complex BB Centrum in Prague 4, newly renamed Brumlovka, will be expanded by two more buildings. The developer Passerinvest, which has been building here for three decades, plans to build multifunctional buildings Hila and Orion, reports local daily E15.

HB Reavis has just obtained the occupancy permit for Forest tower, one of its flagship investments that is almost fully leased. With fit-out works now in progress in the 55,000 sqm Tower, the campus offers its full complement of 78,000 sqm GLA.
