GTC has once again received LEED certifications for the Aeropark office buildings located in Warsaw. Zephirus kept its Gold level, while Nothus upgraded its rating and achieved Platinum.

Aeropark is a business park uniting three A-class offices – Corius, Nothus, Zephirus – within an area of 28,800 sqm, located just three minutes away from the Warsaw Chopin Airport. Nothus, the first building constructed in Aeropark Business Centre, was granted LEED on the Platinum level via recertification. This is the first Platinum LEED certificate in GTC’s Polish portfolio. Zephirus, Nothus’s twin building, received Gold level. Over the past few years, the Aeropark Business Centre has been undergoing constant changes to respond to tenants’ new needs. Since April 2021, the complex has been powered by green energy.

"Platinum LEED certification is undoubtedly one of our most important achievements this year. Nothus has been recognised for its excellent air quality results, low utility consumption and very positive feedback from the tenants. I am very proud that GTC is continuously pursuing greater and greater standards of sustainability, this is now one of the pillars of our strategy", commented Grzegorz Strutyński, Country Manager GTC in Poland.

In addition to the Platinum LEED certification for Nothus, GTC has recently obtained another green certificate, this time in Łódź. University Business Park has been certified with BREEAM International In-Use at Excellent level. University Business Park is a complex of two 9-storey class A office buildings with a total area of over 40,000 sqm. The office complex offers a number of amenities, such as comprehensive bicycle infrastructure, the “Welcome GTC” app, and Fair Play sports and language Nursery and Kindergarten. Moreover, the tenants can enjoy NaviParking, a technology start-up specializing in the digital transformation of parking lots. Via the NaviParking application, employees are able to free up and find a parking space.
