For 10 years, developer JTRE has been planning a project for Nové Lido on the Danube’s right bank in Bratislava. This new urban district is foreseen to rejuvenate the area between Old Bridge and Apollo Bridge in Petržalka.

Office leasing in Bucharest reached 97,400 sqm in Q1 2024, up 71% compared to the same period of last year, while take-up transactions that cover relocations and new demand were flat year-on-year at 33,000 sqm, according to a CBRE report.

New office deliveries in regional cities totaled 83,000 sqm in 2023 and the total leasable area has climbed close to 1.1 million sqm, according to a Cushman & Wakefield report. At the same time, 47% of respondents are against being mandated to work a fixed number of in-office days.
