GTC has presented the summary of its activities in Poland in the first half of 2024. Over 35,400 sqm of office space was leased across ten buildings in Poland's largest cities. GTC’s properties attracted 14 new partners, and 18 companies chose to extend their leases.

In the first half of the year, GTC signed contracts for 10 buildings across five cities: Warsaw (Artico and Aeropark Business Centre), Kraków (Korona Office Complex), Wrocław (Globis Wroclaw), Katowice (Francuska Office Centre), and Poznań (Pixel and Globis Poznań). Poznań was particularly sought-after, with 8 of the 32 contracts signed in the first half of the year for properties in this city.

"We are proud of the trust our customers place in us. This demonstrates that our dedication to meeting tenants' needs and our commitment to environmentally friendly construction are yielding positive results. We remain committed to creating office spaces that drive growth and success for our clients", says Łukasz Jarzyło, Head of Leasing at GTC in Poland.

The company actively supports environmental initiatives, including organizing ecological workshops, collecting electronic waste, and planting trees. 90% of its facilities hold green certificates and all properties in Poland are utilizing green energy. Since 2021, GTC has been the first developer in Central and Eastern Europe to publish regular ESG reports.
