Total take-up on Bratialava's office market reached 80,000 sqm, representing a 160% increase over the previous quarter. The Bratislava Research Forum announced the office market figures for Q2 2019.

Czech developer UDI Group has purchased a 2 ha plot in Budapest and unveiled its plans to enter the Hungarian market.

Total demand on the Budapest office market reached 163,390 sqm in Q2 2019, representing an almost equal amount of take-up compared to the same period of last year. New leases accounted for 42.7% of the total leasing activity, according to BRF’s latest figures.

The second quarter of 2019 reconfirmed the increased interest for office space in Romania. Over 115,000 square meters of office space was leased over this period at the national level, a value similar to that registered in the second quarter of 2018.
