Cavatina Holding has entrusted Knight Frank with the management of the Carbon Tower office building in Wrocław. The building’s leasable floor area totals 19,000 sqm.


“Carbon Tower is one of the most characteristic office buildings located in Wrocław, which is very well known to us due to the several lease transactions our experts have been advising on. We have been highly supportive of this undertaking from the very beginning due to its unique architecture. We are pleased that Cavatina Holding has placed confidence in us and entrusted us with the management of one of its flagship projects,”  said Izabela Miazgowska, Head of Property Management at Knight Frank.

Carbon Tower is a Class A office building located in the western, business part of Wrocław. Its distinctive shape starting from the third storey up was built on a triangular plan. Over its 15 above-ground storeys, the facility offers over 19,000 sqm of leasable floor area. The developer made sure so that both motorized users, as well as those preferring two-wheeled vehicles, were satisfied. In the building, as well as in its vicinity, there are numerous amenities, among others: a medical centre, a kindergarten, restaurants and cafés, a fitness club, a shopping centre, recreational areas and shops. The location of the facility by Fabryczna Street offers numerous transport connections in the form of buses and trams, which make it possible to quickly reach the city centre. The office building has been granted a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level.

  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
  • Romanian office developer Genesis Property has appointed Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom, and IT sectors.
