Belgian developer Atenor has received an occupancy permit for Building A of its Aréna Business Campus complex, located on Budapest’s Hungária Boulevard.

Romanian investor Dragos Dragoteanu, the owner of local real estate company Euroest Invest, plans to develop an office project on a land plot he owns near Victoriei Square in central Bucharest, Ziarul Financiar reports.

Facility management company B+N Referencia Zrt. will move into the Agora Budapest office complex, developed by HB Reavis, this autumn.

The structure of OTP Bank's new office building in Budapest has been completed by developer Market Építő Zrt. The seven-story office building, which is being built in the 13th district, in the immediate vicinity of OTP Bank's existing office park, will be home to 3,000 employees once construction is complete in end-2021.

The Downtown One project has been awarded a LEED Precertification on the Gold level. It is the first building in Albania to be LEED precertified by the U.S. Green Building Council. Penta Real Estate has obtained a zoning decision which means that it can apply for a building permit for its Masaryk station mixed-use reconstruction project in the centre of Prague. Based on the design of Zaha Hadid Architects, the project has been in the works for over a decade. Completion is planned for 2022-2025.

CPI Property Group has taken over the management of several more buildings in its Warsaw office portfolio. The Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV office buildings are now covered by the company’s in-house property management service.

Starting April 2020, Colliers International has taken over the management of two new buildings in the High5ive office complex in Kraków.
