CPI Property Group is taking over the management of the Central Tower and Prosta 69 buildings in Warsaw. The company now manages 9 out of the 13 office building it owns in Warsaw

Globalworth is taking over the property management of five more office buildings in its Polish portfolio. Centrum Lubicz Office in Kraków and Bliski Centrum, Philips House, Nordic Park and Batory Building I in Warsaw have a combined area of ​​over 50,000 sqm.

Gorkého 4 Offices in Bratislava’s Old Town, located in the building of the former Chamber of Commerce, has secured its first tenant. Wood & Company will lease the space from owner Kooperativa insurance company, a member of the Vienna Insurance Group. The new tenant will move in in the coming weeks.

Real estate developer Hagag Development Europe and Global Vision signed a collaboration agreement for the property management services of Hagag’s office building H Victoriei 109. Thus, Global Vision takes over the administration of the property located on Calea Victoriei.

Cushman & Wakefield won a double mandate for the property and asset management of the Nowogrodzka Square office building which was recently acquired by Amundi Real Estate from developer Yareal.
