By reconstructing the office building in Prague's Brumlovka, together with the optimisation of technology operation, Passerinvest Group reduced the building's energy demand by more than 50%. It included a complete renovation of the facade and roofs. At the same time, all technologies ensuring a quality indoor environment were also modernised.

Total demand for office leasing in Bucharest dropped by 25% to 236,000 sqm in Q3 compared to the same period of 2023, while new demand fell 11% to 82,000 sqm in the same interval due to the slowdown of the IT&C sector, according to a Colliers report.

Evo Properties has announced the reconversion of the London and Oslo office buildings in Bucharest into a multifunctional hub. 

Developer AFI Europe is launching a new coworking centre on the ground floor of the AFI Home Kolbenova 1 rental residence in the AFI City district in Vysočany, Prague 9. Coworking spaces as part of the rental project are among the developer's domestic innovations.

The Metropolitan Warszawa office building reported that 18,000 sqm of new lease agreements and extensions had been signed. Santander Bank Polska, one of the largest financial groups and the largest bank with private capital in Poland, has become an anchor tenant of The Bridge, which is being built in the business center of Warsaw. The bank has signed a lease agreement with the developer and investor of the building – Ghelamco – for an area of approximately 24,500 sqm (nearly 21,000 sqm of usable area). This is the largest transaction on the Polish office market since 2022.
