Car commuters to the Warsaw office district in Służewiec Przemysłowy have received an unexpected gift. Thanks to the cooperation of the owners of office buildings and the activists from the association ‘Lepszy Służewiec’, the often congested intersection of Postępu and Marynarska streets has been rebuilt. As a result of the changes, its capacity has increased by as much as 43 per cent.

Investment incentives across CEE are proving to be a major draw for Research and Development (R&D) and Business Services Sector (BSS) projects, with support reaching up to 70% of qualified costs, according to Colliers' report.
