New Work has been expanding rapidly in the Polish market during 2019. In total, the company has added six locations to its Polish portfolio over the past 10 months.

Hubert Abt FRICS, CEO of New Work Offices will share more details of the company’s regional expansion at our upcoming Balkans Property Forum 2019 in Belgrade.

Apart from five locations in Warsaw, the expansion is now focusing on larger regional cities in Poland. The opening of Imagine in Łódź with 2,500 sqm will be followed by 2,400 sqm in Kraków Bonarka for Business in December. In the spring of 2020, New Work will prepare its second location in Łódź with 5,000 sqm at Hi Piotrkowska 155.

New Work specializes in supplying corporate and conference space to its tenants, ranging from large international corporations to medium-sized companies. Smaller companies also find proper flex office solutions at New Works locations. The key is flexible lease terms with the option of changing the size of the occupied space when the number of employees increases, ensuring an appropriate standard of services and high-class infrastructure with no CAPEX on the customer side.

At the Imagine building, New Work offers over 240 workplaces on the 4th and 5th floors, including a conference centre on the ground floor.

“Thanks to this signing, we are increasing the stock of office space in Łódź by over 7,500 sqm. At these two locations, our clients can expect the highest quality of services and support in premium class buildings in top locations in Łódź,” says Hubert Abt, CEO of New Work. “In Poland, we are consistently expanding the number of our offices, offering clients further attractive locations in key cities. By 2020 we are looking forward to operating more than 20 locations all over Poland.”
