Alto Real Estate is taking over the full operation of the coworking and event concept in Jurkovičova Teplareň. The developer and owner of this national cultural monument will continue developing the model under its own brand, Jurkovičova Teplareň. The brand has a strong reputation in Bratislava and reflects the character of the place: industrial architecture combined with the modern urban environment of the Sky Park district. The concept links three functions – flexible offices, coworking and event spaces.
