Lux Med Group, a provider of private healthcare services market in Poland, has leased more than 13,000 sqm of office space in Atenor's Lakeside property. Occupying more than half of the building's space, Lux Med has therefore become Lakeside's biggest tenant, whereas the deal is the largest single office transaction of the Warsaw office market so far in 2023. The new Lux Med office will open in the second half of 2024.

“Lakeside is a unique investment on the business map of Warsaw, which makes us even more pleased that Lux Med, a leader in the Polish private healthcare market, has joined the group of tenants in the building. When completing the investment, we were guided not only by the goal of providing a modern office building that will be attractive to the most demanding tenants but also to create space that is fully consistent with ecological standards and European taxonomy, as well as putting the well-being of its users first. We are proud that we can already boast certification at the highest level and that this is appreciated by our tenants, for whom green standards are equally important”, says Maciej Krenek Board Member, AtenorPoland.

Lakeside is an office building of approximately 23,850 sqm, scheduled to open in Q4 2023. It has already been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the highest level, Outstanding, and a WELL certificate at the Gold level during the construction phase. The office building will be equipped with a range of amenities, such as a food and beverage outlet with a café, full infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for cars, bicycles and electric scooters. Thanks to its favourable location in Warsaw's Mokotow district, Lakeside is perfectly connected, with very close proximity to the Służew and Wilanowska metro stations and a large number of nearby bus and streetcar stops. In addition, the development is distinguished by its exceptional views, with windows overlooking the nearby park and lake. JLL is responsible for the commercialisation of the building.

“We are delighted that our employees will soon have the opportunity to work in a new and comfortable office space. Our choice was not accidental. In addition to employee-friendly architectural solutions, the issue of pro-environmental solutions used here was a priority for us. The building embodies the idea of sustainable development, which is particularly important to Lux Med. I believe that many exceptional ideas will be born in our new workplace, which will allow the company to grow and achieve further success. This is the next step in the more than 30-year journey of Lux Med, which we are already looking forward to”, says Jakub Tatak, Lux Med Board Member for Finance.

Reina Company advised the tenant in the transaction.
