KKCG Real Estate has bought five industrial BTS projects with 54,500 sqm of GLA in Poland. The transaction value was approx. €41 million. KKCG Real Estate is part of KKCG Group belonging to Czech investor Karel Komarek. AXI IMMO’s Investment department has advised buyer in the transaction.

KKCG Real Estate is a Czech Republic company, for which this is the first investment in the Polish industrial market. All acquired projects have a single tenant, mainly from the automotive sector and long term lease agreements. The projects are located in industrial zones in Polkowice (Lower Silesia voivodship), Międzyrzec (Lubuskie voivodship), Koluszki (Lodzkie voivodship), Września (Great Poland voivodship) and Brześć (Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodship).

“It’s our first portfolio acquisition in Poland, but not the last. We are going to build a strong and stable industrial portfolio in Poland and invest up to €115 million (CZK 3 billion). Poland is a wide and stable market with growing demand for warehouse and production space. What is also important, the market offers more attractive yields in comparison to neighbouring countries,” comments Markus Dvorak, Head of IPM – Fund Manager for KKCG in CEE.

“The good market conditions and outstanding tenants performance highlights the Polish industrial sector as the top priority for investors. The sector offers different types of multi-tenant assets and BTS portfolios dedicated for big international platforms, but also middle-sized with good quality and finance conditions BTS projects, as is portfolio acquired by KKCG Real Estate,” adds Renata Osiecka, Managing Partner at AXI IMMO.

KKCG Real Estate is a member of the KKCG Investment Group. It was founded in 2012 for the purpose of ensuring effective management of the Group's real estate projects. Its main activities are residential and commercial development and facility management. The company also monitors real estate trends and markets, seeks out good investment opportunities and provides advisory for the parent company KKCG SE. IPM is the asset management company dedicated for the industrial sector in KKCG.
