The RSJ investment group has completed the reconstruction of the U Červené lišky (At the Red Fox) building on Old Town Square in Prague. The investment group RSJ has owned the property U Červené lišky since December 2021 and evaluated the purchase more as a matter of the heart than as an investment.

Shareholders of Romanian developer One United Properties have approved the increase of the company’s share capital by €70 million in a move expected to start in August and conclude by October.

The Supervisory Board of Immofinanz has approved the commencement of preparations for a squeeze-out of S Immo in accordance with the Austrian Squeeze-out Act.
