CPIPG has announced further progress in the Group’s strategy to reduce leverage. CPIPG and its subsidiaries, CPI FIM SA and Czech Property Investments have signed a partnership agreement through which CPIPG is going to sell a 49% common equity stake in Vulcanion for €250 million to funds managed by Sona Asset Management.

Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia has announced the successful sale & leaseback of Semecs's production facility in Vráble, Slovakia. The transaction involves a production hall with an area of nearly 9,000 sqm. The buyer is ZDR Investments, an investment real estate fund. This is already the second acquisition for the fund. The fund enables the general public to invest in industrial real estate intended for light manufacturing and logistics.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has invested PLN 43 million (€10 million equivalent) in bonds issued by Dekpol S.A, a Polish manufacturing and construction group.

Avison Young has announced a strategic affiliation agreement with Athens-based QRA Real Estate Advisors as part of an expansion push in Southeastern Europe (SEE).

Immofinanz has completed the sale of three office buildings in Warsaw to Echo Investment Group. The transaction price amounts to €28.5 million.

The city of Prague is buying the company VN 42, owning an office building on the corner of Wenceslas Square and Štěpánské Street, from Komerční Banka, reports E15.cz. The municipality is planning to move employees from the Škoda Palace in Jungmannova Street, leased until the end of March 2028.

Skanska has sold the Nowy Rynek E office building constructed in the Wilda district of Poznań, Poland. The buyer is Eastnine AB, a Swedish real estate company focused on office premises in prime locations at selected markets in the Baltics and Poland. This is the second transaction between these two parties in Central and Eastern Europe. 

A retail park in Bielsko-Biała, which is being built on the site of a Tesco shop on Warszawska Street, has a new owner. Redkom Development, responsible for the construction and commercialisation of the facility, sold the project to Newgate Investment, a company specializing in managing the value of retail properties, especially retail parks. The price has not been disclosed.

Mitiska REIM has secured a €40 million refinancing with mBank for a portfolio of four Polish food-anchored retail parks. Representing a combined gross leasable area (GLA) of nearly 34,000 sqm, the convenience centres are located in the cities of Września, Turek, Lubliniec and Wodzisław Śląski, and were developed by Mitiska REIM’s Polish partner, Karuzela Holding, and are owned in joint-venture with the FRI 2 fund.
