The board of real estate group Immofinanz has approved a framework with CPI Property Group (CPIPG), which holds 75% of the company, which paves the way for future consolidation of the two groups.

Precordia Capital and Septyma have become holders of 66% of shares in the convenience retail park Street Mall Vis à Vis Wilanów located on ul. Przyczółkowska 219 in Warsaw. They acquired the shares from Capital Park Sp. z o.o. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.

Real estate investment transactions in the Romanian commercial real estate sector totaled €419 million in H1 2024 and could reach around €700 million by the end of the year, surpassing 2023 levels, according to an analysis by Colliers.

Vectr Realty, a subsidiary of Vectr Holdings, has purchased The Landmark office project in Bucharest from Revetas Capital and affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management for an undisclosed sum.

Savills, on behalf of private investors, together with CA Ventures and Golub & Co., has completed the sale of LivinnX, a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) building in Kraków, Poland, to Xior. The asset, LivinnX, has 290 self-contained units with 673 student beds and offers many amenities, including a roof terrace with a jacuzzi, climbing wall, gym, sauna, community kitchen, laundry room, music room and various other recreational and study spaces. The total lettable area is c.14,400 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Cordia Polska Finance, a member of the Cordia Group, has completed its second bond issue on the Catalyst platform of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE).  The company placed bonds totalling PLN 120.4 million, with a maturity of 3.5 years and a variable interest rate.

Refield sold two retail parks, Pasaż Kępiński and Pasaż Grodziski, to Falcon Investment Management . These two assets, totalling 22,000 sqm GLA, were completed by Refield in late 2023. Earlier, the fund acquired Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński in 2022. The total value of the transaction amounts to more than PLN 150 million (ca. €35 million).

Residential builder Central Group has just completed the largest transaction on the housing market this year. It is buying more than five hectares of land near the Invalidovna metro station in Karlín in Prague 8, including the existing Čechia Hotel.
