The property map of ZDR Investments funds has expanded this year, thanks to acquiring three retail parks in the towns of Prevalje, Ravne, and Slovenj Gradec in the northern part of Slovenia.

Real Estate fund AUP Bratislava, whose only asset is the well-known shopping centre Aupark Bratislava, has reported a return of 23.67% in the euro class since its establishment in 2021.

Lion’s Head, a joint venture company between AG Capital and Old Mutual Property, signed a contract for acquiring BPD – a logistics and industrial properties investment company. This is the biggest deal in the sector for the last years with an investment of €71.4 million.

Romanian developer Genesis Property has purchased a 30,000 sqm land plot from Stizo Invest, for an undisclosed sum, in a transaction brokered by Colliers.

Redkom Development finalised the sale of Park Glinianka in Łubna in the southern suburbs of Warsaw. The facility was purchased by CEE-BIG B.V. The price has not been disclosed.

The two main shareholders of One United Properties, Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, sold shares in the company alongside minority shareholders CC Trust AG and Altius SA. 

The company recorded a 19% increase in NOI to €423 million (2022: €357 million), attributed to portfolio expansion and increasing rent levels. On a like-for-like basis, NOI rose by 6%, driven by lease indexation and strong re-leasing spreads, with new effective rents averaging 23% higher when compared to prior leases on the same space. An enhanced EBITDA margin of 83% was achieved, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on growth, efficient re-leasing, and operational efficiency.

Romanian developer One United Properties has purchased a 21-hectare land plot in Bucharest for an undisclosed amount. The company plans to start a new residential development that will feature around 5,000 homes.

Construction work on a record number of public buildings is planned by the Czech capital city this year. In addition to the city, the state is also participating as an investor in more than a dozen projects in the field of transport infrastructure or public space. The total investment costs of individual projects are reaching almost CZK 50 billion (€1,97 billion).
