CTP proceeds with portfolio BREEAM certification

CTP recently announced Arcadis, ADP and CEVRE as winners of the tender for certifying CTP’s entire portfolio of buildings. Winners were chosen based on track record, capability, ESG activity and cost. Key to the winning the tender was sufficient resources available to certify all 293 buildings in six countries within the timeframe. CTP plans to have all 293 buildings certified by the end of June 2020. The certification process will require close cooperation and transparency among the various parties and each party has dedicated teams to complete the task by the agreed deadline. In total, CTP expects to invest up to €1.2 million into the certification process.

Poland’s secondary industrial locations draw investor interest

Over the years, warehouse locations outside Poland’s five largest regions have attracted limited interest from institutional investors. However, along with the development of the country's road network and increasing difficulties in recruiting employees in major Polish metropolitan areas, new locations are becoming increasingly attractive for tenants and landlords. Panattoni expands Poznań park by 27,000 sqm

Optimism dominates Poland’s logistics market

According to a new report by Panattoni and CBRE, the attitude towards the future in the logistics, production and trade industries changed slightly compared to last year. The Optimism Level Index in Logistics and Supply Chain in Poland for 2019-2020 was determined at an average level of 49 points, which is lower than the result obtained last year (57.4). Logistics companies are again more positive about the future (53.9 points) than production and trade enterprises using logistics services (44 points). Despite this change in mood, as many as 7 out of 10 institutions assess the costs of supply chain operations in Poland as lower than the EU average, and 6 out of 10 believe that Poland is competitive as a place of investment - both statistics have increased since last year.

Panattoni completes 210,000 sqm building for Amazon in Poland

Latest news


New leases

  • Signify is relocating its existing headquarters in Lódź. The new office, located in the city centre in the Hi Piotrkowska complex, has an area of over 2,800 sqm. The tenant was assisted in the signing of the contract and the process of arranging the new office by the consulting firm CBRE.
  • Magwise Medical Centre is a new tenant of the Wola Retro office building in Warsaw owned by Develia. The clinic, which specialises in mental health, has taken nearly 390 square metres of space on the ground floor of the building.
  • Logistics company Fiege will lease approximately 5,000 sqm in the ONE industrial park in Lovosice built by Cromwell Property Group. The transaction was arranged by Matěj Indra, head of the industrial department at 108 Agency Czech Republic.

New appointments

  • Lucia Niculae has been appointed Business Development Director of Romanian construction company Pedro Construct. She has been an investor since 2018 and currently manages her own property portfolio. 
  • 108 Agency promoted Matej Indra to Head of Industrial Agency for the Czech Republic.
  • Michał Ozimek has joined the Valuation department at Corees Polska - Commercial Real Estate, taking up the position of Senior Valuation & Investment Analyst. Working in the agency's Warsaw branch, he will be responsible for supporting processes related to the development of property valuations.
